FRCS Moves Towards Full Cashless Service Delivery

FRCS wishes to advise all valued taxpayers, traders, and members of the public that we are transitioning to a fully cashless payment system across all our service centres and ports of entry. This transition reflects our continued commitment to strengthening security, improving transaction efficiency, and providing a more convenient and streamlined service experience for our customers.

As we phase out the use of physical cash, the following electronic and digital payment options remain available at all FRCS counters, including ports and Container Freight Station (CFS) sites:

• EFTPOS*
• M-PAISA
• MyCash
• Cheques

* EFTPOS is not available at smaller CFS stations.
