Customs Duty Payment Methods

FRCS wishes to advise taxpayers and stakeholders of the approved payment methods for the settlement of Customs Duty and all related charges.

Accepted Payment Methods
Customs Duty payments may be made using any of the following payment channels:
– Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Direct Bank Deposit
– EFTPOS
– Mobile Wallet Payments (M PAiSA and MyCash)
– Bank Cheques
– Cash Payments (Except CFS)

Company Cheque Payments

As part of FRCS’s ongoing commitment to strengthening financial controls, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting secure and convenient payment options, company cheques are generally not accepted for the payment of Customs Duty and related charges.

Approved Exceptions
The restriction on company cheque payments does not apply to:
– G old Card Taxpayers.
– Approved Customs Agents operating under FRCS approved Bank Guarantee or Customs Bond arrangements.
– Companies operating under valid Bank Guarantee or Bond facilities approved by FRCS.
– Motor Vehicle Companies operating under appr oved payment arrangements with FRCS.
– Any other entity specifically authorised by FRCS under an approved payment arrangement.

FRCS encourages taxpayers and stakeholders to utilise electronic payment methods wherever possible. These payment channels support faster processing, improved transaction security, and the timely clearance of goods.
