FRCS wishes to inform all Point of Sale (POS) and Sales Data Controller (SDC) developers and vendors that, in accordance with the 2026–2027 National Budget announcements, a new TST Tax Label “H” reflecting a 5% Tax rate has been introduced.

This new tax label will come into effect on 1 September 2026 and must be incorporated into all POS and SDC systems accordingly.

All developers are required to update their systems to ensure compliance with this change.
