The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) invites bids from interested buyers for the purchase of the used yacht SY Ruth, which has been forfeited under the provisions of Section 159 of the Customs Act 1986.
The yacht is being sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. All bids will be assessed in accordance with FRCS procedures, and successful bidders will be notified within the timeframe approved by the Service.

- The yacht will be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.
- All offers must be submitted via email to sales@frcs.org.fj by close of business on 18 July 2025.
- Offers must include a valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
