Dear ASYCUDA World Users

We wish to advise that there will be a planned outage on Customs ASYCUDA World System (AW) from Saturday (21/10/2023) 00:45 hrs to Sunday (22/10/2023) 00:45 hrs to allow for a major system maintenance.

Please note that all Customs transactions including manifest registration, cargo clearance, SAD payment/other payments, and other processing should be carried out by midnight Friday 20th October.

However, any urgent Customs clearance/transaction during this downtime will be facilitated manually until AW is back online.

Furthermore, you are required to upgrade your Java version to Java 8 Update 202 (if your PC is not running on this version) to be able to access AW after this maintenance.
