Clearance of Commercial Shipments Carried by Travelling Passengers via Nadi and Nausori International

Airports

Effective 20th December 2025, the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) advises all Airline, Shipping agents, freight forwarders and the general public that all the commercial cargo hand carried by the travelling passengers via Nadi and Nausori International Airports will require the following information to be submitted to the Customs Agent prior to the arrival of the Airline or Vessel:

  • Consignee TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number)
  • Location: Baggage Hall
  • Invoice

This process is to enable the registration of the Single Administrative Document (SAD) in ASYCUDA World (AW) in a timely and efficient manner.

Travelers bringing in commercial goods are strongly encouraged to coordinate in advance with their nominated Licensed Customs Agent to ensure smooth and timely processing of their shipment upon arrival.

This simplified procedure is designed to facilitate faster and more efficient clearance, reduce supply chain costs, promote compliance with customs regulations, and enhance predictability in the import process for both travelers and consignees.
