RFT No. 26/2026 — Procurement of a Co-Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) Service

FRCS invites suitably qualified and experienced organization’s to submit tenders for the provision of secure digital systems and cybersecurity services. FRCS manages critical national platforms responsible for revenue collection and border clearance, which contain highly sensitive personal and financial information. Interested bidders are sought to deliver robust, secure, and resilient solutions that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of these systems in line with best practice standards.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two (2) separate sealed envelopes: one (1) containing the Technical Proposal and one (1) containing the Financial Proposal. For electronic submissions, bidders must provide two (2) separate compressed (ZIP) files, clearly labelled “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”, respectively.


All submissions must be clearly marked with the following label: “RFT NO. 26/2026 – Procurement of a Co-Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) Service”, and addressed to:
