The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOl) from reputable, experienced debt collection agencies and legal firms with a proven track record in effective debt recovery to recover aged tax debts.

Payments to the successful party will be made upon successful recovery and submission of detailed invoices. The scope of work generally involves collection of outstanding tax debts, regular reporting, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Interested parties will be provided with specific brief and are expected to make submissions based on the specification. Detailed EOl specifications or any clarifications can be directed through email to tenders@frcs.org.fj.
