RFT No. 21/2026 – Engagement of a System Architecture Consultant

FRCS, a statutory authority mandated with the assessment and collection of tax and customs revenue, the facilitation of legitimate trade, and the safeguarding of Fiji’s borders, hereby invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced bidders for the modernization and integration of its business application environment. The Service currently operates a portfolio of systems that have evolved independently over time and function as siloed platforms, each supporting specific business processes without a unified integration framework.

Consequently, data exchange between systems relies on ad-hoc, point-to-point interfaces that are resource-intensive to develop, maintain, and scale. The proposed engagement seeks to establish a robust, scalable, and cohesive integration approach that will enhance interoperability, improve data consistency, and support the Client’s ongoing digital transformation objectives. Interested bidders are encouraged to participate in this opportunity to deliver a sustainable and future-ready solution.

Interested bidders can access the Terms of Reference on this LINK. For further information, please email on tenders@frcs.org.fj.
