Pest Control, Sanitary Services and Cleaning Services

1.The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (Revenue and Customs) invites Expressions of Interest for the following services;

i. Pest Control Services
ii. Sanitary Services
iii. Cleaning Services

Individuals or companies selected will be primarily responsible for the efficient provision of providing Pest Control Services, Sanitary Services and Cleaning Services.

The terms and conditions of these services are listed below for interested person(s) and companies.

2.Revenue and Customs Office Locations

The successful bidder will need to provide the above stated services at the following locations;

  1. Revenue and Customs Complex, HQ – Nasese

  2. Nakasi Archive Office

  3. Suva Wharf Office

  4. Queens Warehouse – Rodwell Road

  5. Nausori Office

  6. Nadi Namaka Office

  7. Nadi Baggage Hall

  8. Nadi Dog Kennel

  9. Lautoka Compliance Building

  10. Lautoka Revenue Building

  11. Lautoka Wharf Office

  1. Levuka Office

  2. Labasa Office

  3. Savusavu Office

  4. Ba Office

  5. Rakiraki Office

  6. Sigatoka Office

Service Type:

The following scope of works required to be carried out at all offices include;a) Cleaning Services:

a) Cleaning Services:

Scope of Work

Floor Maintenance:


Vacuum rugs & carpet including door mats.

3 times a week


For Nadi baggage hall (Including after hours)


Sweep tiled & concrete inside and outside buildings including lifts, stairs and basement.


Mop tiled areas


Polishing of tiles and grout cleaning

6 monthly

Kitchen & Cafeteria:

Wipe all tables, sinks and counters


Dust chairs


Dust & wipe shelves & kitchen walls

Dust and wipe workstations and other office tables

Twice per week

For Nadi baggage hall (Including after hours)


Dust cabinets and shelves

Twice per week

Dust ledges and fittings

Twice per week

Toilets & Washrooms:

Clean toilet bowls, basin and urinals


Sweep and mop floors


Scrub floors, sinks, etc.

Once per week

Toilet paper refills


Dust & wipe walls, doors, sinks, sink counters, shelves, etc.


Waste Disposal:

Empty all rubbish bins & place in waste bin

b) Pest control:

  1. Pest control on rats, cockroaches, mice and ants to be serviced on monthly basis.

  2. Fogging to be carried out on a monthly basis.

c) Sanitary services:
Sanitary services include the following service type:

i. Sanitary bins
ii. Air freshener

  1. Soap units

  2. Sanitizer units

  1. Submissions must include the following;

    3. VAT Registration

    4. FNPF Compliance

    5. References of Pervious Work

    6. Methodology of Work

    7. Business Registration Certificate

    8. Business License

    9. Business TIN

    10. Business Profile

  2. Companies and Individuals will be selected in accordance with the conditions set above and Revenue and Customs Tender Board Procedures.

    All bids will be opened at 12pm on 22nd August, 2018. Bidders are welcome to be present during the opening of bids.
