FRCS invites qualified bidders to submit EOIs for the following services of a secure, purpose-built Container Examination Facility (CEF).
- EOI No. 17/2026 – Architectural Design Services for the Proposed FRCS Container Examination Facility
- EOI NO. 18/2026 – Civil & Traffic Engineering Services for the Proposed FRCS Container Examination Facility
- EOI NO. 19/2026 – Quantity Surveying Services for the Proposed FRCS Container Examination Facility
The project aims to improve cargo inspection efficiency, strengthen border controls, and support safe, compliant trade. The facility will include controlled examination areas, secure access, traffic management for heavy vehicles, administrative offices, staff amenities, storage and evidence areas, and essential services infrastructure.
The design will ensure efficient process flow, durability, and future expansion capability while meeting all operational and statutory requirements.
