FRCS invites qualified and experienced solution provider firms to submit an EOl to design and full rollout of a modern, integrated Time and Attendance system for FRCS.
- The T&A project aims to design and implement the attendance recording and processing solution for the FRCS. The system shall provide efficiency, evolving business needs including flexible hours, overtime, shift-based duties, work from home arrangements, Customs Border operational requirements, integrated, and policy aligned solution.
- The bidders are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Design and Implementation of the Time and Attendance solution including the work from home/remote mobile solution
- Provide technical recommendations and specifications required for
Biometric devices. - Integrate with Payroll, HR, Leave systems.
- Provide training, documentation, change management support and Support & Maintenance
