The FRCS hereby invites qualified bidders to submit EOIs for the following services of the Proposed FRCS Nadi Office Complex.
- EOI No. 37/2026 – Civil & Structural Engineering Services for the Proposed FRCS Nadi Office Complex
- EOI NO. 38/2026 – Quantity Surveying Services for the Proposed FRCS Nadi Office Complex
- EOI No. 39/2026 – Building Services Engineering Consultancy for the Proposed FRCS Nadi Office Complex
The project involves the full design, statutory approvals, construction, commissioning, and handover of a new multi-storey office complex in Nadi comprising over 5,000 square metres of floor space. The facility will serve as the FRCS office, a Regional Training Hub, accommodation facility, conference centre, and associated infrastructure to support FRCS’s operational, administrative, and border management functions. Interested firms with proven experience in the design and delivery of similar large-scale developments are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest in accordance with the tender requirements.
