EOI No. 35/2026 – Building Services Engineering Consultancy for the Proposed FRCS Container Examination Facility (Re-advertised)

FRCS hereby invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit EOI for the provision of Building Services Engineering Consultancy Services for the development of a secure, purpose-built Container Examination Facility (CEF).

The project aims to improve cargo inspection efficiency, strengthen border controls, and support safe, compliant trade. The facility will include controlled examination areas, secure access, traffic management for heavy vehicles, administrative offices, staff amenities, storage and evidence areas, and essential services infrastructure.

The design will ensure efficient process flow, durability, and future expansion capability while meeting all operational and statutory requirements.
