FRCS is the statutory authority responsible for the administration and enforcement of taxation, customs, and border management services within Fiji and is committed to operational excellence, digital transformation, compliance, and delivering efficient services to the Government of Fiji, businesses, and the public.

FRCS invites suitably qualified and experienced vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of an integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support its human resource management needs. The proposed HRIS should be capable of meeting FRCS’ operational requirements and conforming to Fiji’s statutory and public sector regulatory requirements.

The HRIS should support a high level of integration with the organisation’s financial and payroll systems, learning & development, be user-friendly, scalable, secure, and highly configurable to support organisational change and evolving operational requirements to manage End to End Employee Lifecycle.
