FRCS invites Expressions of Interest from experienced and forward-thinking service providers to partners in undertaking a
comprehensive workforce planning exercise.
This engagement is a key step in supporting FRCS’s strategic direction, particularly its ambition to:

The intention is not only to understand workforce numbers and structures, but to take a deeper, more meaningful look at how people, capability, and culture come together to enable performance. FRCS is seeking a partner who understands that workforce planning is ultimately about people, their potential, their experience, and their contribution to national service.
