FRCS invites submissions from qualified and experienced SAP Partners to provide comprehensive SAP Support and Maintenance Services. The scope of services includes functional, technical, and Basis administration support delivered under a clearly defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Interested bidders will be issued with detailed tender specifications and are required to prepare and submit their proposals in accordance with these requirements. Tender specifications and any related enquiries may be obtained by contacting Procurement Officer via email at tenders@frcs.org.fj

FRCS is not obligated to accept the lowest or any tender. It reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without providing reasons.

Tenderers must submit proposals in two (2) sealed envelopes: one (1) containing the Technical Proposal and one (1) containing the Financial Proposal. For electronic submissions, two (2) separate zipped files, clearly labelled “Technical” and “Financial,” must be provided. All submissions must be clearly marked with the following label: “RFT 14/2026 – SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) Support and Maintenance Services.” submissions should be addressed to:

Completed tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the FRCS Complex, Building 2 – Level 4, Corner of Ratu Sukuna Road and Queen Elizabeth Drive, Nasese, Suva, Fiji, or submitted electronically via email to tenders@frcs.org.fj

All submissions must be received no later than 12:00 pm on 13 July 2026.
