The FRCS undertaking the development of a new office facility in Nadi to support its operational, administrative, and border management functions. The project involves full design, statutory body approvals, construction, commissioning, and handover of the FRCS Office, including associated infrastructure and services.

The FRCS is seeking proposals from registered Project Management firms or individuals to provide comprehensive Project Management services, encompassing the following scope of work:

• Project Manager to provide project planning, scheduling & governance, design development (coordination and management), construction documentation, regulatory compliance & approvals, construction tender, construction supervision (project monitoring & reporting), handover & project completion.
