FRCS invites submissions from individuals and companies who are interested in providing air -conditioning maintenance and services.
Interested bidders will receive a detailed brief and are expected to submit proposals aligned with the provided specifications.

Note: Suppliers who have already submitted a response to Tender No. 11/2025 – Air Conditioning Maintenance and Services are not required to resubmit.

All previous submissions will be automatically considered as part of this tender process. The lowest or any submissions shall not
necessarily be accepted.

FRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without providing the reasons.

Submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the relevant tender reference number and title, and addressed
to the following postal address:

OR hand delivered to Fiji Revenue and Customs Service Complex, Building 2, Level 4, Corner of Ratu Sukuna Road and Queen Elizabeth Drive, Nasese, Suva, Fiji no later than 12pm on 11th July 2025.
