EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – No.4/2025 : FOR LAND ACQUISITION IN NADI

The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from landowners or their authorized agents for the purchase of suitable land located adjacent to Nadi Airport. The land will be used for potential development to support the operational and infrastructural needs of FRCS.

 

a. Land Requirements : FRCS seeks land that meets the following criteria:

  • Location: The land must be situated in close proximity to Nadi Airport, ensuring easy access to main airport infrastructure and transport networks. It must be located in a flood-free zone.
  • Size and Zoning: The land should be of sufficient size to accommodate a 2 to 3-storey office development. It must be zoned or capable of being zoned for commercial use.
  • Infrastructure: The site should have access to essential utilities such as water, electricity, and telecommunications.

 

b. Purchase Terms : FRCS is open to various purchase arrangements. Interested parties are encouraged to outline their proposed terms and conditions for consideration.

 

c. Eligibility Criteria : The EOI is open to:

  • Landowners with clear ownership titles.
  • Authorized agents with legal documentation demonstrating the right to negotiate on behalf of the landowner.

 

d. Submission Requirements Interested parties must submit the following information:

  • A detailed description of the land, including size, boundaries, and current use.
  • Proof of ownership or legal authority to sell the land.
  • Proposed terms for purchase, including price, lease terms (if applicable), and any other relevant conditions.
  • Any other relevant supporting documentation that may assist in the evaluation process.

 

Submissions should be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as EOI 04/2025 – LAND ACQUISTION and should be addressed to:
