Lomary Secondary School Students Visit FRCS Headquarters

We were delighted to welcome students from Lomary Secondary School to our headquarters in Nasese, Suva, for an educational visit. This visit, part of the students’ curriculum, offered them invaluable practical exposure to government financial policies, taxation, and revenue collection.

 

Our Education and Customs teams provided comprehensive insights into FRCS’s pivotal role in revenue collection, tax and customs advisory, trade and travel facilitation, and border protection. Additionally, students were briefed on the benefits and convenience of our Taxpayer Online Service (TPOS), including services such as registering for a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

 

The visit featured an interactive question-and-answer session, allowing students to have their queries addressed. They also enjoyed a guided tour of various FRCS departments, gaining first-hand experience of our operations.

 

Our team ensured that the visit was both meaningful and educational for the Lomary Secondary School students.
