As part of our ongoing commitment to integrity, accountability and ethical governance, FRCS has an ongoing comprehensive Whistleblower Policy. This policy provides a safe, confidential, and structured channel for individuals, whether members of the public, FRCS staff, or external stakeholders, to report suspected cases of tax fraud, misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of FRCS laws and regulations.
The Whistleblower Policy is designed to:
✅ Enable individuals to confidentially report serious concerns without fear of retaliation.
✅ Ensure reports are treated with utmost confidentiality and investigated fairly.
✅ Provide whistleblowers the option to receive monetary rewards for substantiated disclosures that lead
to tax recovery.
How to Report
Members of the public are encouraged to report suspected tax evasion or financial misconduct confidentially through the FRCS Whistleblower Platform:

Posted to: The Chief Executive Officer, Fiji Revenue and Customs Service, Private Mail Bag, Suva
Hand Delivered to: Deputy Director Governance and Risk, Building 3, Level 2, Revenue & Customs Service Complex, Nasese, Suva
Disclosures must include detailed information such as the nature of the misconduct, identities involved, supporting documents, and any known witnesses. While anonymous reports are allowed, named disclosures are encouraged for follow-up, eligibility for rewards, and effectiveness of investigation.
