Tertiary Entry Level Paid Program (TELPP)

The vision of the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) is to become a World Class Revenue Service delivering Excellence in Revenue Collection, Border Protection, Trade and Travel Facilitation. The FRCS is a statutory organization established under the FRCS Act. Guided by the FRCS Act, the Service performs the following acts as an agent of the State to provide services to administer and enforce the laws specified in the Act; advises the State on matters relating to taxation and customs; facilitates trade, travel, and border protection; and represents the State internationally in respect of matters relating to taxation or customs.

The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service has embarked on the introduction of an early-level recruitment program through the Tertiary Entry Level Paid Program (TELPP) which provides an early engagement point, aiming to attract, recruit and retain high-quality tertiary students undertaking the Bachelor’s Program or above and looking for paid work experience aligned to their current studies.

Programme Selection Criteria

The program will be piloted in the 2024 calendar year. Applicable to Fijian Citizens who have 2 years left on their tertiary program (100% completion of first year). Meets GPA of 3.0 and above required for the field of study. Email your application, indicating the Programme name with your CV, a detailed cover letter stating your interest to work with FRCS and certified copies of academic transcripts to TELPP@frcs.org.fj.
