As part of our strategy for world class performance, we are looking for suitable candidates to join the Records Management Unit in Suva for the position of;

Interest is sought from self-driven individuals with a passion for history, an eye for detail and a strong commitment to service. In addition, the individual must have a proven track record of;

  • Strong professional integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Working with minimal supervision, a fast learner and have a positive attitude
  • Strong commitment to achieve/exceed set targets within deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Applications and record keeping systems


There is increasing expectation for FRCS to become more agile, to simplify its services, to better manage the changes required and the adaptability as we transition towards paperless environment and e-records & document management. Having people with the right attitude and offering professional development opportunities to staff to support the Service in achieving its vision are critical factors.


The successful candidates must have the ability to multitask, along with excellent written, verbal and computer skills, possess a Diploma in Business Studies or Library Information Systems or other related fields with some experience in a similar role.
