Key Support Role to Executive Office

The Executive Assistant/Board Secretary (EA/BS) role is primarily responsible for looking after the administrative affairs of the office of the CEO and maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality at executive level and would have had extensive experience already at senior levels.

This role is also responsible for taking on the role of the FRCS Board Secretary, taking on the role of arranging board meetings and logistics, recording minutes, deliberations and outcomes of decisions made during Board meetings as well as following up on actions points and feedback from the Board on any areas of concern. This role therefore requires someone with a fluent command of written and spoken English, exceptional time management and organisational skills as well as strong stakeholder communication skills in order to successfully deliver updates and ensure pending issues are actioned before the next board meetings.

Essential Requirements

 To be successful in this key role, it is essential that you have the following:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Business Studies with at least 3 years’ experience assisting at Executive (GM or CEO) level.
  • Experience in complex administration and Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Skilled at collaborating with multi stakeholders at senior levels and knowledge of diplomatic protocols will be preferred.

Salary Band 5: $30,230
